What factoring companies does this work with? +

Pre-integrated with Integra Funding, RTS Financial, and OTR Capital. If your factoring company has an API, we can integrate it — usually within a week. If they have no API, we build a form-automation alternative instead. Email support@runpaid.com with your company name.

Do I need to know how to code? +

Not at all for the done-for-you version. We handle all setup, deployment, and maintenance. You just connect your Gmail account and we take it from there — walking you through every step on a setup call.

What if a rate con PDF is weird or hard to read? +

Claude AI handles most formats reliably — standard PDFs, scanned documents, even messy broker formats. If it can't extract a critical field with high confidence, it flags the invoice and texts you immediately to review it manually. You're never left with a bad submission.

Is my business data secure? +

Your data is processed through the Anthropic API with enterprise-grade security and is never stored or used for training. Gmail access is limited to reading attachments. Your factoring credentials are stored in encrypted environment variables on your private dedicated server — not ours.

How many loads per month can it handle? +

Tested up to 200 loads/month with no performance issues. API costs scale linearly — at 200 loads you're looking at roughly $20/month in Claude tokens. Still a fraction of a part-time admin. Need higher volume? Contact us for fleet pricing.

Can I cancel anytime? +
